Damascus House is certified by the State Of Maryland as a Residential 3.1 Facility, Our levels of Care Include:

Level 1 – Traditional Outpatient Services which usually meet for 1 hour per week for approximately 26 weeks.

Level 11.1 – Intensive Outpatient Services which require 9 hours of treatment and individual sessions for approximately 12 weeks.

Level 111.1 – Low-Intensity Residential Services, more commonly referred to as a “Halfway House”. The length of stay varies, from 3 – 6 months.
